IMPORTANT ORDERING INFORMATION

Once you submit an order to us, you agree to all of our policies, terms & conditions as disclosed on this website. You are solely responsible for the use or misuse of any and all products purchased on Artisan Oils’ website. It is agreed that we are not responsible for the product that you may produce with items purchased from us or the way that product may turn out. Some products may be harmful if not used correctly, are not diluted, or come in contact with children, elderly or animals/pets. You agree that you are fully responsible for the use of the products purchased on our site.

Photos on our site may be general in nature and not representative of the actual product. The consistency of products change from time to time and from batch to batch and may not look exactly as pictured or may not be the exact product you receive. For example, soap or butter may be a different shade or consistency. An oil may have a slightly different shade than a previous purchase or the picture on our site. This is because many of our products and ingredients are hand crafted, and the plants change slightly with each harvest from variating growing conditions.

If you are not familiar with our products or are trying a product for the first time, we recommend purchasing the smallest size we offer to ensure it is an ingredient you want to work with. This is important as most products offered on our site are not returnable for a refund, due to the nature of the products offered.

ORDERS & PAYMENT

Once an order is placed, it is final. We do not cancel or change submitted orders, as this has created margin for error and may result in unnecessary frustration for all involved. Refusing an order will result in cancellation and/or restocking fees of up to 15% of total order, non-refundable shipping fees, return shipping fees if applicable, and any other fees that we may incur.

We may require 'Signature on Delivery' for any order with a value of $100 or more. However, we reserve the right to request this service on any order at our own discretion. We do this to protect against theft. If you would like to waive this service on your order, send an email immediately after placing it, notifying us. Please know that if signature on delivery is waived, we are no longer responsible to replace any parcel that shows “Delivered” according to the tracking information.

RETURNS

Due to the nature of the products, we do not accept returns. However, you may contact us if you have a concern and we will do our best to resolve all issues. When ordering raw materials, please be advised that consistencies, color, appearance may change from batch to batch.

DISCLOSURE

Products and claims presented have not been evaluated by the Food & Drug Administration and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent disease. Information provided is for educational and informational purposes only and you should always seek medical assistance from your practitioner.

Be advised that if you are unsure, you should always seek professional advice prior to using any of our products. Be sure to read the ingredients of all Artisan Oils’ products prior to purchasing. Do not use our products if you are allergic to any of them. Adverse reactions to natural products, is rare. To be sure for each individual, it is recommended that you apply a small amount to a test area for 24 hours. If itching, redness, swelling or any other adverse reaction occurs, discontinue use and seek medical assistance if necessary.

Although our products may be food grade, Artisan Oils sells all products for external use only. Customer agrees by purchasing products that he/she is fully responsible for researching said products and their proper use.

We do not make any warranties about the completeness, reliability and accuracy of this information. Any action you take upon the information on our website is strictly at your own risk. We will not be liable for any losses and damages in connection with the use of our website.

MSDS and ANALYSES

Currently, we do not offer any analyses as they are cost prohibitive for a small business. We do our best to keep costs down to pass on to our valued customers. If we provided these certificates, higher pricing would go into effect. It has been our mission from day one to acquire our top-grade oils and supplies from trusted manufactures that we have built heart-centered, long-term relationships with over the years.

MSDS: It is our policy to provide this on “hazardous” products only, as required by law. An MSDS will be provided to actual companies and not to consumers. If you are a company and would like the MSDS for a hazardous product, please request this along with your order.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All text, graphics, buttons, icons, images, audio clips and any other content on this site belongs exclusively to Artisan Oils. The use of any of our trademarks or service marks without our express written content is strictly prohibited. You may not use our trademarks or service marks on any products or services that may cause confusion or discredit us.

TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS

In the event an item is listed on our site with an incorrect price or information, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed at this incorrect price, whether or not any credit card has been processed and charged. A refund will be issued to the original card which was used. We further reserve the right to correct pricing when it is discovered that an error was made.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

You agree to be subject to the jurisdiction of the state and federal courts of Pennsylvania. You agree that any dispute between you and us will be resolved in Hazleton, Pennsylvania to the exclusion of any other potential venue.

You agree that you will only sue us as an individual. You agree that you will not file a class action or participate in a class action. You and we agree that any dispute between us can only be brought in binding individual (non-class) arbitration to be administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA). If, for any reason, AAA is not available, you or we may file our case with any national arbitration company.

AMENDMENTS

We may change the services and this agreement at any time, in our sole discretion. If you continue to use the services after we post a material change, that will mean you accept the changes. If you do not accept the changes, your sole right is to stop using the services.
