Smudges

Smudging is an ancient practice. Native Americans, and South Americans have their own smudging traditions that have worked their way into our civilization. The most common use of smudges is to clear negative energy from a person or space. A perfect time to smudge is when moving to a new living space. Old energy sticks around until it is cleared.
