Shipping Information

Time Frame

Our goal is to ship your order within 2 business days. Any purchase containing items that are not already crafted (not in stock) may take 7 to 10 days to ship, depending on how long it takes to make those items.

We are hard at work; 7 days a week, to stay on top of our orders. However, slight delays may occur during peak times such as holidays.

You will be emailed a tracking number at the time your shipping label is printed. Please be aware of the date it is being delivered to make arrangements. We cannot be held responsible for packages showing “Delivered” that the customer claims they have not received.

Currently, we ship to the USA and its territories. International orders can be arranged case-by-case. If you are outside the scope of our regular mail carriers, we can investigate the best solution for shipping at that time. Packages will be shipped almost exclusively via USPS, as this is the most economical method. Shipping insurance and signature on delivery is available upon request at additional cost. See below for instructions on damaged goods.

Shipping Cost

We use a third-party, discounted shipping entity and pass the savings onto our customers! For Signature on Delivery or to insure your package, please contact us immediately upon placing your order, before we ship it out, as we cannot make any changes once the label is generated on our end, which is done once your items have been boxed.

Damaged Goods

If your order arrives in a damaged box, do not open it. Take complete pictures of the damaged box before opening, then open it and take complete pictures of the damaged products. Email us within 3 days of receipt of the damaged parcel, by sending information about your order and the pictures. We will instruct you how to proceed. Never throw away the packaging, as we may have to retrieve it from you for our insurance claim.
